Blackburn Outpost Elite Handlebar Roll and Dry Bag

The Blackburn Outpost Elite is a two-part bikepacking system: an alloy harness that clamps under the handlebar plus a removable 14-liter waterproof dry bag.

• Capacity: 14L dry bag, rated for 8 lb (3.6 kg) of load.
• Weight: 795 g.
• Waterproof rating: welded-seam dry bag with a scuba-style air-bleed valve for compression.
• Mounting: angle-adjusting alloy faceplate clamps handlebars 25.4–35 mm (flat, riser, or drop). Not recommended for carbon handlebars. The dry bag detaches from the harness for easy loading.
• MOLLE straps, elastic cordage, and daisy-chain webbing for external gear.

E-bike compatibility: Fits standard 25.4–35 mm handlebars found on most e-bikes; not for carbon bars. Check your bar diameter before ordering.
